Salmon Recipe

Here is a simple and delicious recipe to prepare fresh salmon fillets for two people:

- 2 fresh salmon fillets of 200 g each
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

2. Rinse the salmon fillets in cold water and pat dry with absorbent paper.

3. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

4. Lightly brush each fillet with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Thinly slice the lemon and place a few slices on each fillet. Add a sprig of fresh thyme on top if desired.

6. Bake the salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

7. Serve the salmon fillets hot, accompanied by steamed green vegetables, a salad, or roasted potatoes.
