Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product received, please contact us within 24 hours with clear proof of the issue (a photo of the product) and your proof of purchase: we will review your claim and offer a refund or exchange if it is found to be valid.

We ship your seafood as quickly as possible: our standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed. In Brussels, orders placed before 2:00 PM = delivery the next day.
