Local delivery is intended for customers close to our location in Ixelles. It offers free delivery for orders over €50 and reduced delivery costs for orders between €20 and €50. Shipping concerns deliveries outside of Brussels, as well as France and Luxembourg, with higher delivery costs and higher minimum order amounts.

For local delivery, orders over €50 benefit from free delivery. For orders between €20 and €50, delivery costs are €5. The minimum amount for local delivery is €20.

For these regions, delivery costs are €19.90 in Belgium (excluding Brussels), and €27.90 in France and Luxembourg. Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Belgium and over €200 in France and Luxembourg. The minimum order amount for shipping is €50.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, usually between 24h and 72h. However, delivery times may vary depending on the address and busy periods.

If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery service will collect the order and keep it cool until another delivery attempt the next day.
