Sea bream fillet recipe

Here is a recipe to prepare three sea bream fillets for 2 people:


Ingredients :
- 3 sea bream fillets
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt and ground black pepper, to your taste
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped (optional)
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme or other fresh herbs of your choice (optional)

Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Wash the sea bream fillets under cold water and dry them with absorbent paper.
3. Brush a sheet of parchment paper or a baking tray with a tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Place the sea bream fillets on the baking paper or baking tray, making sure they do not overlap.
5. Brush the sea bream fillets with a tablespoon of olive oil, turning them so they are well coated.
6. Add the minced garlic to the fish fillets (optional).
7. Squeeze half a lemon over the fish fillets and season with salt and ground black pepper, to taste.
8. Garnish the fish fillets with sprigs of fresh thyme or other fresh herbs of your choice if desired.
9. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Cooking time varies depending on the size and thickness of the fillets. To prevent the fish from being overcooked, watch it carefully after 10 minutes of cooking.
10. Serve the sea bream fillets hot with rice, vegetables or salad.
