Cod Back Recipe
Here is a simple cod fillet recipe for two people:
Ingredients :
- 2 cod fillets of 200g each
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
4. Squeeze the lemon over the cod fillets, then add the chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.
5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cod fillets.
6. Check for doneness by inserting the tip of a knife into the thickest part of the fish. If it penetrates easily, the fish is cooked.
7. Serve the cod fillets hot with steamed vegetables, a green salad or rice.
