Lemon Fillet Recipe

Here is a simple recipe to prepare flounder fillets for two people:


Ingredients :
- 4 flounder fillets
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions :
1. Lightly sprinkle flour over the flounder fillets and season with salt and ground black pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the flounder fillets to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
