Swordfish Recipe
Here is a simple and delicious recipe to prepare swordfish fillets for two people:
Ingredients :
- 2 swordfish fillets of 200g
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions :
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Rinse the swordfish fillet in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Arrange the swordfish portions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Brush this mixture on both portions of swordfish.
5. Thinly slice the lemon and place a few slices on each serving of swordfish.
6. Bake the swordfish portions for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
7. Remove the swordfish portions from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
8. Serve portions of swordfish hot, accompanied by steamed green vegetables, salad or quinoa.
