Redfish Fillet Recipe

Here is a simple recipe to prepare redfish fillets for two people:

Ingredients :
- 2 redfish fillets of 200g each
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Place the two redfish fillets in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle the redfish fillets with the lemon juice.
4. Add the olive oil to the redfish fillets, then season with salt and ground black pepper.
5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the redfish fillets.
6. Check for doneness by inserting the tip of a knife into the thickest part of the fish. If it penetrates easily, the fish is cooked.
7. Serve the redfish fillets hot with steamed vegetables or rice.
