Greek-style tzatziki

Greek Tzatziki is a fresh preparation made with strained Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and dill. Refreshing and light, it is one of the cornerstones of traditional Greek cuisine.

Characteristics:

• 200g tub (equivalent to €22.50/kg)
• Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, extra virgin olive oil
• Creamy yet light texture
• No added preservatives

Serving: Enjoy well chilled. Serve in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a few fresh dill sprigs.

Ideal with: grilled pita bread, souvlaki, lamb skewers, raw vegetables, gyros, meze platters, as a side for grilled fish.

Storage: Keep refrigerated (0-4°C). Consume within 3 days after opening.
