Sugo di Pomodoro alla Toscana Don Antonio is a rich, full-bodied tomato sauce typical of the Tuscan hills, flavored with garlic, rosemary, and sage. Denser than a Neapolitan sauce, it evokes the slow-simmered stews of Florentine trattorias.
