Don Antonio's Puttanesca Tomato Sauce is the famous Southern Italian sauce, generously flavored with black olives, capers, anchovies, and garlic. A recipe full of character, typical of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
Characteristics:
- 480 ml jar, serving 4 to 5 portions
- Italian tomatoes, black olives, capers, anchovy fillets, garlic, extra virgin olive oil
- Iodized and slightly spicy notes
- No added preservatives or coloring
Preparation: heat for 5 minutes over low heat. Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce to fully capture the flavors.
Ideal with: spaghetti, linguine, penne, white rice, roasted white fish, bruschetta.
