Don Antonio's Basil Tomato Sauce is a traditional Italian tomato sauce prepared with sun-ripened tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil leaves. A simple recipe, true to the cuisine of Southern Italy.

Features:

  • 480 ml jar, yielding 4 to 5 servings
  • Peeled and crushed Italian tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil
  • No added preservatives or coloring

Preparation: heat for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour over al dente pasta and finish cooking in the sauce to bind it well.

Ideal with: spaghetti, penne, gnocchi, homemade pizza, eggplant parmigiana, vegetarian lasagna.
