200g Cod Roe

Tarama is a traditional preparation made from cod roe, oil, and breadcrumbs, emulsified at length to achieve a creamy and airy texture. Our caterer's recipe evokes the best meze from the Eastern Mediterranean.

Characteristics:

• 200g tray (equivalent to €22.50/kg)
• Cod roe, vegetable oil, lemon juice
• Smooth texture, natural pale pink color
• No added preservatives

Serving: to be enjoyed chilled, remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Present in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of dill.

Ideal with: grilled pita bread, warm blinis, raw vegetables (radishes, celery, cucumber), Greek aperitif, meze platter.

Storage: keep cool (0-4°C). Consume within 3 days after opening.
