Spinosi Parppardelle Di Campofilone
Pappardelle Spinosi are artisanal egg pasta originating from Campofilone, in the Marche region of Italy. The Spinosi company, founded in 1972, continues a family recipe passed down for three generations and recognized by the PGI Maccheroncini di Campofilone.
Characteristics:
- Wide ribbons of fresh pasta with fresh eggs
- Slow kneading and low-temperature drying to preserve aromas
- Delicate texture, particularly suited for rich sauces
Ideal with: game or braised beef ragù, truffle sauce, porcini mushroom cream, sage butter.
Cooking: 3 to 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and serve immediately with a generous sauce.
