Rock fish soup
Lou Ferrignade Rockfish Soup is a traditional Mediterranean recipe, made from small rockfish from the South of France. Creamy and briny, it captures the taste of soups served in Provençal huts.
Characteristics:
- 780 ml bottle, approximately 4 servings
- Rockfish (red mullet, weever, wrasse, etc.)
- Slow-simmered with vegetables, saffron, fennel
- Smooth texture, no artificial flavors
Serving: gently reheat over medium heat without boiling. Serve with homemade rouille, garlic croutons, and grated Gruyère cheese.
Ideal for: a Provençal meal starter, aperitif in verrines, base for saffron risotto, accompaniment to homemade bouillabaisse.
Origin: France — Maison Lou Ferrignade.
