Truffle Risotto - Tenuta Margherita
Tenuta Margherita Truffle Risotto is an exceptional Italian preparation combining Carnaroli rice and summer truffle, for a refined dish ready in under 20 minutes.

Preparation: Sauté the contents in a knob of butter, gradually add hot broth (chicken or vegetable) while stirring, finish with a mantecatura (emulsification) using cold butter and Parmesan cheese. Ready in 18 minutes.
Ideal with: beef fillet, sweetbreads, Milanese-style veal cutlet, or simply on its own as a gourmet starter with a shaving of Parmesan and a thin slice of fresh truffle.
