Olive Tapenade is a traditional Provençal preparation, mixed with black olives, capers, anchovies, and extra virgin olive oil. A recipe rich in flavor, emblematic of Southern French cuisine.

Serving: enjoy at room temperature. Take out 10 minutes before serving.
Ideal with: grilled toast, Provençal aperitif, as a stuffing for tomatoes or hard-boiled eggs, on a white pizza, as an accompaniment to roasted fish, in a Niçoise salad vinaigrette.
Storage: keep refrigerated (0-4°C). Consume within 7 days after opening.
