Kalamata Olives
Kalamata Olives are the famous purplish-black olives originating from the Kalamata region in the Greek Peloponnese. Recognized by a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), they are distinguished by their fleshy texture, fruity flavor, and slightly vinegary note.

How to enjoy them:
- As an appetizer with a glass of dry white wine, ouzo, or a selection of meze
- In a Greek salad with feta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and oregano
- In cooking for tapenade, chicken with olives, baked fish, or Sicilian-style pasta
Storage: Keep refrigerated in their marinade. Consume within 7 days after opening.
