Soupe de Poissons Select Marée is a traditional recipe from the Belgian coast, made from rockfish and their long-simmered broth. Creamy, briny, and true to the soups served in the best seaside brasseries.

Characteristics:

• Recipe based on whole fish (heads, bones, trimmings) for a deep flavor

Serving: gently reheat over medium heat without boiling. Serve piping hot with homemade rouille, garlic croutons, grated Gruyère cheese, and a squeeze of lemon juice. You can enrich it with a spoonful of cream or a poached egg.
