De Luca Spaghetti n°3 are traditional Italian pasta produced in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo, one of the historic regions for artisanal Italian pasta. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, they have a rough surface that perfectly holds sauces.
Characteristics:
- Shape: Spaghetti caliber n°3, slightly thinner than the classic n°5
- Selected durum wheat, rich in protein
- Bronze drawing for an authentic texture
- Slow drying (up to 36 hours) that preserves the wheat's aromas
- 500 g bag
Cooking: 8 to 9 minutes in plenty of boiling salted water (10 g of salt per liter). Keep 1 to 2 minutes al dente before finishing the cooking directly in the sauce.
Ideal with: aglio e olio, alle vongole, carbonara, San Marzano tomato sauce, seafood ragout.
