Due to the perishable nature of these products, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, please contact us immediately with clear evidence of the problem (e.g. a photo of the product) and your proof of purchase. We will review your claim and, if found valid, offer a refund or exchange. Please note that this claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
