Delivery policy

The Khachane fishmonger is located at Avenue Guillaume Gilbert 15, 1050 Ixelles, we are committed to offering you an exceptional delivery service, adapted to your needs. We offer a variety of options to ensure you receive your order in the shortest and most convenient time frame for you.

1. Local Delivery:

- Orders over €50 benefit from free delivery in the local area.
- For orders between €20 and €50, delivery costs are set at €5.
- Please note that the minimum amount for delivery is €20.

2. Delivery in Belgium (Outside Brussels):

- For orders in Belgium outside Brussels, delivery costs amount to €26.90.
- Please note that the minimum amount for delivery is €50.

3. Delivery in France and Luxembourg:

- For orders in France and Luxembourg, delivery costs are €27.90.
- Please note that the minimum amount for delivery is €50.

4. General:

- Our shipments are handled by a professional delivery service that guarantees that your products arrive in perfect condition.
- We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible (24h to 72h), however, please note that delivery times may vary depending on delivery address and peak times.

5. Responsibility:

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If our delivery is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

6. Product Inspection:

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you inspect the products carefully. If you find that the products are damaged or do not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to process claims for damaged or incorrect products if they are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Unsuccessful delivery:

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be left in a safe place, we will leave you a note explaining where the products are and how to collect them. If you do not collect the products from us as instructed, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery. Additional charges for returning the order may apply.

8. Delivery to a neighbor or safe location:

If you request that your order be delivered to a neighbor or left at a safe location, Khachane SRL will not be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has been made.

9. Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please note that you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item. Additionally, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee shipment cancellation.
