Shipping Policy

Khachane Fish Market is located at 15 Avenue Guillaume Gilbert, 1050 Ixelles. We are committed to providing you with exceptional delivery service tailored to your needs. We offer a variety of options to ensure you receive your order in the shortest and most convenient timeframe for you.

1. Local Delivery:

- Orders over €50 qualify for free delivery in the local area.
- For orders between €20 and €50, delivery fees are set at €5.
- Please note that the minimum order amount for delivery is €20.

2. Delivery in Belgium (Excluding Brussels):

- For orders in Belgium outside of Brussels, delivery fees are €35 (fresh products, DPD Fresh 4°C) or €37 (frozen products, DPD Freeze -18°C).
- Free delivery on purchases of €150 or more.
- Please note that the minimum order amount for delivery is €50.

3. Delivery in France and Luxembourg:

- For France and Monaco, delivery fees are €55. For Luxembourg, €49 (fresh products) or €51 (frozen products).
- Free delivery on purchases of €150 or more.
- Please note that the minimum order amount for delivery is €50.

4. General Information:

- Our shipments are handled by a professional delivery service that ensures your products arrive in perfect condition.
- We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible (24 to 72 hours); however, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and peak hours.

5. Responsibility:

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If our delivery is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

6. Product Inspection:

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you carefully inspect the products. If you find that the products are damaged or do not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to process claims for damaged or incorrect products if they are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery:

If no one is available at your address to accept the delivery and the products cannot be left in a safe place, we will leave you a note explaining where the products are and how to collect them. If you do not collect the products from us as indicated, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional fees for reshipping the order may apply.

8. Delivery to a Neighbor or Safe Place:

If you request that your order be delivered to a neighbor or left in a safe place, Khachane SRL will not be liable for any loss or damage once the delivery has been made.

9. Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will have to pay the return shipping costs for the item. Furthermore, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the shipment.
