Sea bass fillet recipe
Here is a simple recipe to prepare three 120 g sea bass fillets for two people:
Ingredients:
- 3 sea bass fillets of 120 g each
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- A few sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Rinse the sea bass fillets in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. Arrange the sea bass fillets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Brush this mixture on the three sea bass fillets.
5. Thinly slice the lemon and place a few slices on each sea bass fillet.
6. Bake the sea bass fillets for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
7. Remove the sea bass fillets from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
8. Serve the sea bass fillets hot, accompanied by steamed green vegetables, salad or rice pilaf.
